HBM3 — High Bandwidth Memory for Next-Gen Performance
High Bandwidth Memory 3 (HBM3) is a 3D-stacked synchronous DRAM standard (JESD238) introduced by JEDEC in January 2022. It brings major improvements over its predecessor, HBM2E (JESD235D), including:
